Batumi Botanical Garden is in Adjara on the coastline between the Green Cape and the River Chaqvistskali mouth, about 9 km far from Batumi. The garden is about 1 km southwest of the coastline and it spreads from 0-220 meters above sea level. The Batumi Botanical Garden is one of the largest and richest botanical gardens in the world, it is stretched across 111 hectares and was set up in 1912. The garden includes the Colchis Forest Reserve and many different floristic landscapes.
